The problem
Drivers circle looking for a space and operators have no real-time view of how full the site is or where people are moving.
What we built
Detection and tracking on the cameras already installed: each bay is watched for occupied/free, and people are counted through defined lines and zones. It feeds a dashboard with a live occupancy map, zone counts, and the trend across the day.
